Rationale:

Sites located in Allsorts will be addressed first due to the proximity of the suburb and industrial park to the DOC riparian wetland reserve, which supports a rare bittern.  Suspected presence of timber treatment chemicals is ranked above the presence of hydrocarbons as part of the implementation of a council policy to address this issue.  Sites where contamination is not expected are ranked above sites where activities are unknown, as a conservative approach.
